Castle cricket continues to go from strength to strength as one of the favourite clubs in college. The 2024 season saw great success both on and off the field with a dominant indoor season in Epiphany despite an outdoor season plagued by rain in Easter term. Winter nets are held down at Maiden Castle subject to availability and demand, especially as we ramp up towards outdoor season. This year in particular we have loved having a mix of all abilities ranging from many who have never played before to those targeting 1st XI spots. Off the field we regularly refuel with post match teas often convening at NKD Bird and re-hydration sessions at the Swan.
