Senior Student

Hi everyone! I'm Shoaib I am the Senior Student. I am a third year biology student. I've loved getting involved with the JCR in my first and second year via the ball committee, the Castle charity fashion show and CCA auction to name a few things. Aside from college, I enjoy hill walking and taking photos of anything and everything.

My role in the JCR is more university focused. I work closely with JCR presidents from all colleges and central university staff. I also work with college office and the wider exec in the day to day running of the JCR; working mostly with the Treasurer and the Vice Senior Student. I also act as a point of communication with other colleges and their exec.

Favourite Castle Memory: I had the opportunity to compère for the CCA auction last year with Xander. It was the most fun concocting the script and presenting with one of my best mates, while also helping to raise money for a really great charity.
