Ultimate Frisbee

Are you interested in trying an up and coming team sport? Ultimate Frisbee is an exciting and fast growing activity originating in the United States and is a great way to get fit and meet new people. It is open to beginners and experienced players of all genders and above all its fun. The Castle team practices on a Wednesday afternoon at Whinney Hill with matches typically on a Saturday or Sunday. All equipment is provided, but your own studded footwear (Football boots) is needed.
